Trust is a process that’s built over time. We have been working with Deborah, and Gulshen to secure a second location for our restaurant and they know exactly what we are looking for. Deborah was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the field of commercial real estate. I worked with her on a very complicated senior apartment complex in Oakland. There were title issues, government contracts that needed to be renegotiated and property inspections that became factors. Through all of this Deborah stayed calm and cool and worked to resolve them in a manner all parties were satisfied. This transaction turned out to be my best for the year for the dozens I completed that year. If every real estate broker was as competent as Deborah I would be a billionaire right now.
